The Texas Poker Open rolled on at Champions Club in Houston, Texas with the $3,300 Main Event, featuring a $2,000,000 guaranteed prize pool.

Daniel Holmes (1,365,000) leads the 26 surviving players out of a field of 222 entrants on Day 1F. Not far behind is Dan "The Man" Moran (1,168,000) and fairly esteemed commentator Brent Hanks (1,130,000) as the other players to bag seven-figure stacks in this flight.

Shaun Deeb, DJ Alexander, Francis Anderson, Jonathan Tamayo, Han Feng, Eric Baldwin, Tony Lam, Eunice Choung, Vinh Tran, Moises Rivas, Phu Vo, Eyal Al Revah, Jonathan Park, William Leffingwell, Chander Jain, Tyler Brown, Will Berry, Venkat Chivukula, Ryan Riess, Michael Wang, Clemen Deng, Thanh Bui, and Sage Nutt round out the players who bagged in Day 1F.

Players who played this flight but did not find a bag include Josh Arieh, Chino Rheem, Jimmy D'Ambrosio, Dusti Smith, Frank Lagodich, Dan Sepiol, Cord Garcia, Martin Zamani, and Johnny Chan.

Near the end of the night, Riess doubled through Wang to survive on the soft bubble before Ya Yun Liu got his last few big blinds in and was eliminated when he failed to make the best hand. Brian Craft was the unfortunate bubble boy when he got his short stack of under one big blind in and fell to a full house, while the remaining players bagged and tagged. Through the first five flights, 71 players have bagged out of 602 entrants.

The penultimate turbo flight will finish later tonight, while the final turbo flight will run in the morning before Day 2 begins.

All Day 1 survivors will combine for Day 2 on Sunday, April 28, at 2 p.m. CT.
