Wynn Millions Set to Host 3 PGT High Rollers on March 6-8

The Wynn Millions returns for 2023 with more than $8 million in guaranteed prize pools running from February 20 to March 19 at Wynn Las Vegas.

The marquee event of the series is the $3,500 Wynn Millions Championship which has a $3 million prize pool guarantee. There will be three starting flights running from March 3-5 and each day begins at 12 p.m. PT with players starting with 40,000 in tournament chips. Each Day 1 will play ten 60-minute levels with a 15-minute break every two levels, and there is unlimited reentry with registration open until the start of level 9; approximately 9:45 p.m. PT on each Day 1. Players that advance from Day 1A and Day 1B will combine for Day 2A + 2B on March 6, while players that advance from Day 1C will play Day 2C on March 7. From Day 2 onwards, levels will be 90 minutes in duration with a 15-minute break every level. The Wynn Millions Championship final table will be held on Saturday, March 11.

Outside of the Wynn Millions Championship, the schedule is packed with events for every poker player. For mixed-game enthusiasts, there is a $600 H.O.R.S.E. on February 21, a $1,100 H.O.R.S.E. on February 28, a $1,100 Omaha Hi-Lo on March 1, and a $400 Omaha Hi-Lo on March 14. There is also a $1,100 Seniors on February 27 and a $400 Ladies on March 13. There is a multitude of other No-Limit Hold'em events including a $1,600 Mystery Bounty starting on February 23 with three starting flights and a $1.5 million guaranteed prize pool. Later in the series is a $2,200 No-Limit Hold'em with three starting flights and a $1.5 million guaranteed prize pool.

PGT High Rollers Scheduled for March 6-8

The Wynn Millions is also catering to the demand for high-roller tournaments with three on offer from March 6-8. These three high rollers will be part of the PGT with players earning PGT points for the amount they cash for. 

Each event will start at 1 p.m. PT with players receiving a $400 discount for on-time entry. Registration is open until the start of Level 7 (approximately 5:30 p.m. PT) and players are allowed unlimited reentry. Each event will play out in one day and there is a 60-minute dinner break scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. PT following the completion of Level 9.

History of the Wynn Millions

The inaugural Wynn Millions was held in the Summer of 2021 with a $10,000 buy-in and $10 million guaranteed prize pool. The event attracted 1,328 entrants and smashed the prize pool guarantee as more than $12.4 million was up for grabs. At a stacked final table that included Joe Kuether, Jaime Cervantes, Philip Shing, and Toby Lewis, it would be Andrew Moreno defeating Clayton Maguire heads-up to win the $1,460,106 first-place prize following a three-way deal.

The Wynn Millions would move to March for the 2022 installment with the same $10,000 buy-in and $10 million prize pool guarantee. There would be 1,075 entrants in the field as another incredible final table was set that included Sean Perry, Tony Tran, Vanessa Kade, and Alex Livingston. However, it would be WPT Champions Club member Tony Sinishtaj defeating Isaac Kempton heads-up to win the $1,655,952 first-place prize.
