Throughout the summer, PokerGO will bring fans across the globe exclusive access to World Series of Poker final table streams and Poker Central will be following all the WSOP action. Each day, “World Series of Photos” will tell the daily stories from the Rio, so you don’t miss any of the sights of the WSOP.

Event #47 – $1,500 Monster Stack

Bryn Yoon has already been to the World Series of Poker winner’s circle but there are few events that are as big as the Monster Stack. Yoon outlasted an over 6,700-player field and defeated Ihar Soika heads up for his third-career WSOP bracelet, thanks to a four-outer on the river. When the final card fell, Yoon fell into his rail’s arms, including Daniel Strelitz, who is Yoon’s good friend and also has a seven-figure score from earlier this year.

Event #51 – $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo Championship

First Babe Ruth, now Bryce Yockey. The Californian more or less called his shot in the $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo Championship, tweeting before the event began that he was “looking for side bets.” That likely means Yockey took home much more than the $511,000 that he earned for the Event #51 victory, with that score pushing his 2017 WSOP haul near seven-figures, after a 5th place finish in the Millionaire Maker earlier this summer.

Event #52 – $1,500 No Limit Hold’em

23 players return for the final day of Event #52 and while there are some household names still in contention, including Andy Frankenberger, Mohsin Charania, Super High Roller Bowl champion Rainer Kempe and Cary Katz, the spotlight will be on Jason Mercier when cards get in the air. Mercier is going for his sixth-career WSOP bracelet and judging by some conversations earlier this summer, Mercier will not be satisfied unless he is in the PokerGO winner’s circle later tonight.

Event #53 – $3,000 Limit Hold’em 6-Handed

No Limit Hold’em specialist and SnapShove creator Max Silver may not “know what he is doing” in the Limit variation of the game but the Englishman is the chip leader with seven players remaining in Event #53. Silver had a fantastic summer last year, cashing ten times, and after recording a final table finish earlier this summer, Silver will look to win his first WSOP bracelet today.
