The PGT Mixed Games 2024 series continued at the PokerGO Studio from ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday with Event #5: $10,200 Triple Stud. The tournament drew a field of 42 entries and leading the final five players is John Hennigan.
Hennigan is atop the chip counts with 1,850,000, followed by Max Hoffman with 1,625,000, John Racener with 1,580,000, Adam Friedman with 930,000, and Scott Lake with 315,000. These five players will return on Monday guaranteed $33,600. Up top for the winner is the $151,200 first-place prize, 151 PGT points, and the Event #5 trophy.
The field of 42 entrants created a prize pool of $420,000 and the final six players earned a piece of it. John Monnette just missed out, busting on the money bubble during Razz when his seven-five draw didn't improve against Hoffman's eight-seven. Dzmitry Urbanovich fell in sixth place after the money was reached.
Racener, Hennigan, and Hoffman each spent a little time atop the chip counts at the final table, but ultimately it was Hennigan who bagged the chip lead. This marks his third final table of the series and he is already guaranteed to be in third place on the series leaderboard. A third-place finish or better would put him in the top spot.
Play resumes at 12 p.m. PT on Monday, March 4th.

When play resumes, Level 16 will begin with 40:00 minutes remaining. The betting limits are 50,000/100,000 and play is on the last hand of Stud. Play will resume at 12 p.m. PT.
