The 2023 PGT PLO Series II continued at the PokerGO Studio from ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada with Event #7: $10,100 Pot-Limit Omaha.

Hungarian Benjamin Juhasz bagged the chip lead and holds 32% of the chips in play as only six players remain. Finland's Joni Jouhkimainen sits not far behind, while Event #6 winner Joao Simao, Zhen Cai, Event #1 winner Matthew Wantman, and Jim Collopy round out the players who will return for the final day as play resumes at 12 p.m. PT on Saturday, October 28 with the delayed final table stream beginning at 2 p.m. PT on PokerGO.

The 86-entrant field created a total prize pool of $860,000 and the top 13 finishers earned a piece of it. Lautaro Guerra was the unfortunate bubble boy when Simao rivered a straight against him. Among those to cash were Alex Foxen (13th), Josh Arieh (12th), Jordan Spurlin (11th), Adam Hendrix (10th), Roussos Koliakoudakis (9th), and Allan Le (8th).

When seven players remained, they converged on a single table and exchanged chips around for a full level as Juhasz added to his lead. Eventually, Florian Langmann got his chips in preflop in a blind-versus-blind confrontation against Jouhkimainen. Langmann ran into aces, and the board changed nothing to eliminate him in seventh place, while the six remaining players bagged to return for the streamed final table.

Simao is coming off a victory in Event #6 and picked up his fourth cash of the series. No matter his finish, he will leapfrog over Stephen Hubbard who is currently atop the PGT PLO Series II leaderboard in the race for the $25,000 championship bonus and PGT Gold Cup. Collopy, Juhasz, and Jouhkimainen each grabbed their third cash of the series, while Wantman and Cai each notched their second.

Each player has locked up $51,600 but all eyes will be on the $206,400 first-place prize, 206 PGT points, and Event #7 trophy.
