Level 8 has concluded and that means that the Event #3 payouts are set.
A total of 53 entries built up a $530,000 prize pool and 6 players will cash in the opening event of Poker Masters Online: Pot Limit Omaha.
Whether we get ITM today or after tomorrow’s Day 2 restart remains to be seen. Regardless, Poker Central will be here to bring you the action from the next few hours of action – Day 1 will conclude at the end of Level 15.
Heading into the final level of late registration, 45 total entries have pushed the prize pool near the $500,000 mark and six players are scheduled to cash in the second event of Poker Masters Online: Pot Limit Omaha.
Those figures will be finalized after Level 8, and play will then continue until the end of Level 15. The remaining players will bag chips for Tuesday’s Day 2 restart.
Poker Central will continue to provide updates from Event #3 through the next few levels, with an updated look at the chip counts coming shortly.
Table #4 is stacked. partypoker Team Pros Joni Jouhkimainen and Sam Trickett headline the action, along with Viktor Blom and Brazil’s Yuri Dzivielevski.
We spent the last half of Level 7 following the Feature Table and it was all Viktor Blom.
Big Slick and a big draw on the flop only won Blom a 60,000 chip pot – he bet flop before the turn and river checked through.
Blom then took one from the partypoker Team Pros, with a monster hand against Sam Trickett. This modest haul moved Blom over 300,000 for the first time today.
Midway through Level 6, one player remains over the 500,000 chip mark – and it’s not Mark Davis.
Instead, Hungary’s Bujtas Laszlo is playing over a half-million, with Davis, Andreas Torbergsen, and George Wolff rounding out the top four.
partypoker Team Pro Joni Jouhkimainen and Brazil’s Yuri Dzivielevski lead the second wave.
