The World Series of Poker 2019 has wrapped up and Robert Campbell maintains his Player of the Year lead with a decent margin over the likes of Shaun Deeb, Daniel Negreanu, Dan Zack, and Phil Hui.
Going into World Series of Poker Europe, Campbell has a nice lead but it won’t nearly be good enough if he decided against traveling to the Czech Republic. The entire Top 5 is still very much in it with 10 gold bracelets up for grabs in October.
The biggest mover on the WSOP Player of the Year race this past week was Daniel Negreanu who took second in the $100,000 High Roller to shoot him up the ranks. Negreanu is the only player with two POY titles while Shaun Deeb, currently in second place, is attempting to become the first-ever player to go back-to-back.
The points breakdown is as follows.
