Over the last few months, the World Poker Tour has crowned two champions on PokerGO and a third will be crowned today. The WPT Montreal Main Event final table is about to begin on poker’s premier streaming platform, continuing a partnership that will bring Season XVI televised final tables to PokerGO and give fans from around the world the opportunity to watch the world’s leading poker players compete for prestigious WPT titles.

The six-handed final table, which is customary for World Poker Tour events, includes a few players looking to write their way into poker’s history books and Eric Afriat and David Peters, two players that may have already begun to put their pen to paper.

Afriat is known for winning the biggest event in WPT history during Season XIV and Peters is known for being arguably one of the best players on the planet, as evident by his 2016 GPI Player of the Year honors. While Peters returns to the WPT Montreal final table near the middle of the leader board, Afriat comes back as one of the shortest stacks.

On the other end of the charts, restaurateur Patrick Quinn returns as the top stack with over 100 big blinds.  Maxime Heroux, who is playing at his hometown casino, also returns near the top, with a nearly 90 big blind stack.

Huddled near Afriat at the bottom of the charts are Derek Wolters and Brendan Baksh, who are each just under 20 big blinds.
