The 2017 Super High Roller Bowl has a lot packed in over a few short days and there’s some things viewers to watch for. ARIA has a dress code for the event for players to dress business casual and has a firm no sunglasses or headphones at the table.

Most players opted for the collared shirt approach over the last two years, and some, well some have stretched the limits of the dress code.

Best Dressed – Matt Berkey looked like a million bucks in 2016 with his bold, patterned suits, bow tie and pocket square. We’re looking to Berkey to set the standard for young professionals again this year.

Honorable Mentions – Daniel Negreanu’s proven time and time again he’s one of the best-dressed poker players on a regular basis. There’s no reason to expect a change now.

A few German players – Rainer Kempe and Christoph Vogelsang – opted for the blazer with scarf to ward off the gripping cold of ARIA’s convention space.

We’re Worried What You Might Pick – Phil Hellmuth normally dresses the part, mostly in black, and has been around long enough with experience hosting formal events that he should have a deep closet. But he’s had some questionable choices choosing the right sized shirts at times.

Antonio Esfandiari’s quest for comfort has been well documented over the years – see his barefoot winner’s photo of the 2012 WSOP Big One for One Drop. Esfandiari normally hits the tournament floor in sandals, track pants and deep V-neck tees but we’re holding out hope his shoes stay on the entire time.

We’ve Got an Eye on You – Bryn Kenney’s love of basketball jerseys, plain white tees and jogging pants have been captured countless times in winner photos around the world. Jason Mercier’s jersey collection could rival Kenney’s and he’s working on a beard to rival Andrew Lichtenberger’s.

Crossing Our Fingers – Dan Colman and Dan Smith both settled on wearing the plush hotel robe to play at events earlier this year. Colman’s robe prompted ribbing from Kevin Hart and ultimately a prop bet on over 100 push-ups.
