Over the last week, the U.S. Poker Open has captivated poker fans and crowned a handful of champions. Today, the series concludes with the $50,000 Main Event final table, where some of the world’s best players will battle for the lion’s share of an over $1.5 million prize pool. The five-handed lineup has just taken their seats and the action will be broadcast live on PokerGO until a champion is crowned.

Keith Tilston, who coming into the USPO was an unknown quantity in the high stakes arena, controls the final table chip lead. The equities trader has nearly half the chips in play and if Saturday’s Day 2 session was any indication, Tilston will be aggressive from the start.

While a relative newcomer to the High Roller circuit leads, the rest of the $50,000 Main Event final table is a who’s who of high stakes experts.

Poker’s all-time winningest player returns second in chips and even though Daniel Negreanu won’t be winning USPO Championship honors, he has a chance to end the series with his first Las Vegas victory in close to a decade. Jake Schindler makes another High Roller Triple Crown final table, after finishing 2nd in last year’s Super High Roller Bowl, and Tom Marchese and Dan Smith look to add to their mind-numbing High Roller resumes.

A complete list of the $50,000 Main Event final table chip counts is provided below:

  1. Keith Tilston – 2,273,000
