Throughout the course of the World Series of Poker Main Event, there were tons of lights, tons of cameras and tons of action. While most of those lights and cameras were focused on the Main Event, which was live streamed on both PokerGO and ESPN for the first time, Poker Central had a few other cameras around the Rio to keep fans in the action.

2017 WSOP 411

Throughout the Main Event, Poker Central’s Drea Renee came at you with quick-hitting videos from the floor. Perfectly blending reporting and storytelling, Renee runs back the action, eliminations and players from this year’s Main Event in exclusive Poker Central 411s.

Who Is:

The recurring Who Is: series ended the summer with a bang. After opening the month of July with 2015 Main Event champion Joe McKeehen, who then went on to win a second WSOP bracelet this summer, Upswing Poker’s master and commander Doug Polk hit the tube. High Roller crushers Fedor Holz and Bryn Kenney were next but the July slate ended with the greatest of all-time.

How To:

The recurring How To: series was all about Las Vegas. From getting away from the tables for some Veags fun, to surviving the Vegas summer heat, to staying healthy while in Sin City, the informative series was there to help. If you didn’t figure out how to do any of the above this year, make sure to circle back before the 2018 WSOP begins.

Top 5:

If you haven’t noticed, we like rankings and over the last month, Poker Central’s Top 5 series has ranked everything from poker patriotism, to Las Vegas spas and WSOP events. My personal favorite, see above.

Uncle Ron

Uncle Ron got Phil Hellmuth to run around the Rio with the Barstool Boys. Enough said.
