The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is rolling out the red carpet for poker players over the next two weeks. The World Poker Tour brings three highlight events to the property and in conjunction with the championship events are a $50,000 Super High Roller, a $25,500 High Roller and the Jason Taylor WPT Foundation Charity event.

The two high roller events both feature a $1 million guarantee, combined with the two championship events, tips the scales to $6 million locked up for players across four tournaments.

Players not in the SHR stratosphere have $500,000 in guarantees in preliminary events leading up to the $3,500 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown. Sunday, March 26th sees a $1,650 Purple Chip Bounty event at 3 pm with a $100,000 prize pool and two $570 events run on Monday and Tuesday, each with $50,000 guaranteed.

The $10,000 SHR Finale and the $15,000 WPT Tournament of Champions headline the second week of action, with two more TOC seats up for grabs in the WPT title events.

Miami Dolphins legend Jason Taylor’s Foundation returns for the second year to benefit South Florida’s youth. “Not only did our foundation benefit but there was some great poker played as well,” Taylor said. “I’m not just saying that because I finished in third place (last year).”

The charity event has $300 buy-in with unlimited re-entries and kicks off Wednesday night, March 29th at 7 pm. There is a seat to $3,500 SHRPO, a four-day, three-night Hard Rock Resort vacation package in Cancun and even a Jason Taylor golf outing added to prize pool.

The SHR poker room is running three to four mega satellites a day for virtually every event, with a 9 am event for early risers.
