The “Socrates of game theory optimal poker” is regarded as one of the most brilliant minds in poker and over the last decade, has continued to prove that he is one of the world’s best high stakes players.

Haxton’s poker journey began with a childhood passion for games, like chess and Magic: The Gathering, and then grew into a million-dollar endeavor that replaced his academics at Brown University. From there, Haxton continued to prove himself at the highest stakes of both live and online poker, while amassing nearly $14 million in career tournament earnings.

The New York native and Ivy Leaguer, Haxton graduated from Brown while juggling a full academic and poker schedule, then took his talents to Las Vegas, before relocating to Malta after Black Friday.
