This week’s “PLOMG” $300/$600 Pot Limit Omaha cash games have been historic for a few reasons. The “PLOMG” opener welcomed the great game of Pot Limit Omaha back to Poker After Dark and last night’s session saw Tom Dwan and Daniel “Jungleman” Cates square up for the first time on live television since before Black Friday

How the third installment of “PLOMG” cash games matches those historic sessions remains to be seen, but even without Tom Dwan, who was scratched from the lineup earlier today, a star-studded cast should close “PLOMG” week with a bang.

The staples from the past two nights return, including PLO specialist Phil Galfond, online poker legend Isaac Haxton, and Poker Mastesr $50K winner Brandon Adams. Daniel Cates also returns, after joining Day 1 late and playing a complete session on Day 2.

The new faces to the final “PLOMG” session of the week are also new faces to Poker After Dark. Both Chance Kornuth and Josh Arieh will make their PAD debuts tonight and while they’re new to the Poker After Dark set, neither are stranger to some of the game’s highest stakes.

Kornuth won a WSOP bracelet in 2010 and has had success on the High Roller circuit over the few years. The Denver, Colorado native brings over $5.5 million in career earnings to the table. Arieh is also a WSOP champion, with bracelet wins in 1999 and 2005. Arieh commented about how “ridiculously nitty” the play was last night, which means he could be the center of action tonight.

Whether it is Arieh or another player that ends up jump-starting the six-handed lineup, the “PLOMG” finale is certain to pit some of the world’s best Pot Limit Omaha players against each other. Watch all the action live on PokerGO, with the previous two nights of “PLOMG” cash games archived in the Event Replays tab.
