Phil Hellmuth Returns to PokerGO for "Holidays with Hellmuth"

PokerGO fans are already full of holiday spirit, but the poker world is about to get an early Christmas present when Poker After Dark returns next week. Phil Hellmuth is set make his Poker After Dark reboot debut, after being a staple on the show when the series debuted nearly a decade ago. The 14-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner will headline all three nights of “Holidays with Hellmuth” action, which will include two big buy-in sit & go’s and a $100/$200 No Limit Hold’em cash game from December 19 – 21.

While Hellmuth will headline back-to-back-to-back Poker After Dark sessions, he will be surrounded by some of poker’s biggest names during “Holidays with Hellmuth” week. Daniel Negreanu, Antonio Esfandiari, Mike Matusow, and Hollywood’s Randall Emmett return to the high stakes arena, while Maria Ho and David “Doc” Sands make their Poker After Dark debuts.

Ho’s debut will come in the “Holidays with Hellmuth” $10,000 sit & go opener on December 19, which will also feature Randall Emmett. The Hollywood producer starred during “Voices Carry” week, when he finished runner-up to Liv Boeree in a $25,000 sit & go.

Emmett will also play in the $100/$200 No Limit Hold’em cash game on December 20, which will feature Super High Roller Bowl participant Zack Hyman, along with Hellmuth, Shak and “Doc” Sands. Sands is one of poker’s most accomplished High Rollers, with experience in some of the world’s biggest buy-in events.

As “Holidays with Hellmuth” progresses, the stakes get bigger and bigger, with a $25,000 sit & go ending the week on December 21. Hellmuth returns for a third night of action, while Antonio Esfandiari and Maria Ho come back for a second appearance. Daniel Negreanu, poker’s all-time winningest tournament player, will join the lineup, along with business executives Joe Marchese and Dave Penski.

It is safe to say that “Holidays with Hellmuth” week will close the PokerGO live events calendar with some exciting poker action and some exciting personalities.
