The first final table of the 2018 World Series of Poker aired on PokerGO with two Main Event champions battling for a third bracelet. Joe Cada and Joe McKeehen stood in the crosshairs among 10 players who were competing for the $3,000 No Limit Hold’em Shootout title.

McKeehen was on PokerGO once again after taking third place in the World Poker Tour Bobby Baldwin Classic $10,000 event. Already with two bracelets, McKeehen and Cada attempted to join Jonathan Duhamel as the only November Nine era winners with three bracelets.

Other notables who reached the final table include Sam Phillips, Harry Lodge and bracelet winner Anthony Reategui. Watch the entire final table right now right here.

All players started with effectively even chip stacks and McKeehen separated himself from the field right away. The 2015 Main Event winner busted Jeff Trudeau in 10th place and set the early pace.

Players started to fade away from the final table stage and soon, only six were left. Cada played well for the whole final table but had to get lucky to stay alive near the late stages of the day. McKeehen put Cada at risk and 2009 proved to be greater than 2015 in winning coin flips.

The flip proved to be the first of two major hands McKeehen lost to Cada. With three players left, Cada busted McKeehen with pocket kings against pocket sixes to send McKeehen home with another bronze medal.

Heads up against Phillips with the chip lead, Cada leveraged his online specialty to take down a tough opponent. Cada opened one-on-one play with the lead and finished off Phillips to earn his third title.

Next up on PokerGO is the $100,000 High Roller final table. Day 3 airs on Twitch tomorrow at 6:00 pm ET. The final table streams exclusively on PokerGO at 4:00 pm ET on June 4.
