The partypoker roster of sponsored pros expanded for a second time in April with the recent signing of Dzmitry Urbanovich. The team signed Jonny Lodden earlier in April, which already included Mike Sexton, Sam Trickett and Tony Dunst.

Urbanovich rocketed to the top of the poker world, going on a heater in 2015 that saw him win earn seven six-figure scores in less than a year. He won or finished runner-up in five of those cashes – one for $1.59 million at the 2015 EPT Grand Final Super High Roller.

“I can’t wait to join the parypoker team. I have already played parypoker Million Sochi Sochi and MILLIONS and absolutely loved the events,” Urbanovich said. “There are so many great parypoker LIVE events that I’ll struggle to fit them all in.”

Tom Waters, the managing director of partypoker, said, “It is a pleasure to have Dzmitry join the partypoker team as a sponsored pro. I have watched his progress over the years and he is a great guy with some extremely impressive cashes. Dzmitry is very positive about the game and is a perfect fit for partypoker. I look forward to seeing Dzmitry travel the parypoker LIVE circuit this year.”

Urbanovich holds Poland’s all-time money lead with $5.1 million in earnings – nearly twice of second-place Dominik Panka with $2.6 million. Urbanovich recently mad the final table of the High Roller event at the WSOP International Circuit in Rozvadov.

It’s likely that Urbanovich’s first live patched appearance comes at partypoker Million North America at the Playground Poker Club in Montreal beginning May 5 with CAD$1 million guaranteed for the winner.
