Each year, Cynopsis Digital’s Model D & It List Awards bring together the best in online video content, advertising and talent to honor industry excellence and success. This year’s event will be hosted at Three-Sixty in New York City and both PokerGO and Poker Central’s Super High Roller Bowl have been announced as finalists for awards.

PokerGO has been nominated as a finalist for Best New SVOD Service. The premier on-demand streaming service debuted this past summer with the Super High Roller Bowl and has since been home to some of the poker world’s biggest events. PokerGO exclusively streamed World Series of Poker final tables and brought real-time video updates of the WSOP Main Event to fans around the world for the first time in the 48-year history of the WSOP. Over the last few months, PokerGO’s content library has continued to grow, with original programming including Poker Nights and Major Wager, the reboot of Poker After Dark, and a partnership with the World Poker Tour.

Poker Central’s Super High Roller Bowl has also been nominated for Best Live Show – Solo Event. The $300,000 buy-in high stakes poker tournament, hosted at ARIA Resort & Casino, is the battle ground for the world’s best poker players, businessmen, and celebrities. This year, world-renowned actor and comedian Kevin Hart competed in the five-day event, and over $16.5 million in prize money was awarded in the year’s biggest poker tournament. The Super High Roller Bowl was also the first event that was live streamed on PokerGO and showcased the first day for free on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook Live.

Poker Central’s Chief Digital Officer J.R. McCabe was also selected to Cynopsis Digital’s It List!, which highlights the best individuals from a variety of industries, such as sports marketing, digital content, advertising, and entertainment. Executives from FOX, STARZ, Callaway, NASCAR Digital Media, Draft Kings, Turner, and iHeart Media, along with other major companies and organizations, were also selected.
