Day 4 of the 2016 World Series of Poker Main Event set the stage for the run to the last final table of the November Nine era. When Day 5 opens, only 251 players are left to compete for the $8 million first-place prize.

Now available on-demand PokerGO is moving day for the Main Event. By the time play wraps, only nine tables are left standing. Four episodes cover the Day 5 span with multiple feature table lineups.

Starting off at the feature table is future final tablist, Michael Ruane. A relative unknown at this stage of the tournament, Ruane made his presence known for the duration of this year and 2017. Ruane followed up his 2017 final table with another deep run in 2018 that was captured on PokerGO.

Other players at the feature table include Gaelle Baumann, Alex Keating, and Poker After Dark “Femme Fatale” week participant Melanie Weisner.

When the field narrows, more elite players make their way to the feature stage. High Roller specialist Jason Les joins in as does WSOP bracelet winner and WPT Champions Club member Tony Gregg.

The real star, though, is the breakout player of the 2017 Main Event in William Kassouf. Whether a fan of him or not, Kassouf is an entertaining player and uses every drop of spotlight to hone his “speech play” act.

The infamous hand between Kassouf and Stacy Matuson hits during Day 5 and is a can’t miss. This is the first of Kassouf’s many run-ins during the Main Event and sets the tone for the rest of his tournament.

Kassouf leveraged his Main Event run into an appearance on the aptly titled “Voices Carry” week on Poker After Dark.

The board for the final table adds a few more pieces when Kenny Hallaert and Jerry Wong join in. Gordon Vayo flies under the radar and sneaks in some camera time.

The payouts start to become massive and the words get louder when Day 5 arrives. Subscribe to PokerGO today to watch one of the most exciting poker days of the year.
