With the 2018 edition of the Super High Roller Bowl in Las Vegas on the horizon, Poker Central announced the launch of Super High Roller Bowl China ™ today. Poker Central is partnering up with Macau Billionaire Poker – a well known Asia-based name on the high roller circuit – to expand its brand to one of poker’s most robust markets.

The Super High Roller Bowl China will run from March 20-22 at the Babylon Casino, in Macau’s Fisherman’s Warf. The buy-in of this invite-only event is $2,000,000+$100,000 HKD, the equivalent of USD $255,820 as of the publication of this article. The first edition of Super High Roller Bowl China will have a cap of 49 players and feature unlimited re-entries.

Raising The Stakes in Macau

About the Super High Roller Bowl heading to Asia, Vice President of Content Sam Simmons said, “As the annual Super High Roller Bowl out of Las Vegas continues to be the gold standard for high roller tournament poker, we knew the time was right to expand the format globally. China is one of poker’s largest markets, and Macau Billionaire Poker is a natural partner to help bring the Super High Roller Bowl series to poker fans internationally.”

Macau Billionaire Poker has been involved with the Macau high roller poker scene since 2012, opening its first land-based poker room at the Babylon Casino in Fisherman’s Wharf on the Macau Peninsula.
